"Cam did a great job doing the installation and explanation of the heat pump. He also took care of registering the heat pump so everything was taken care of for us. The rebate from the state was also taken care of and deducted from our bill so we only paid the price of the heat pump with the rebate included. This is a big advantage because you are not paying the extra $2,000 for the bill and then waiting to get the $2,000 back from the state which could take weeks. They did a great job."

"My job was fairly complex, which is why I went directly to Heritage - I wanted to retrofit a trailer with a forced hot water heating system (replacing a hot air furnace). It required a finding a boiler from one specific manufacturer, adding the hot water baseboards throughout the trailer, and dealing with installing pipes in an uninsulated crawl space. "Spoke to Harvey and explained a boiler issue. He immedialtey suggested a fix which I could do by repressurising the tank myself. He walked me through it on the phone and was honest in his assessment. He did not charge for the phone help and was excellent. I had a subsequent issue which he sent his service engineer John to review. John was professional, courteous and gave a frank and honest assessment and did not try to simply sell something which wasn't required. The issues I had experienced previously were gone and the water flow pressure was better than ever as was the temperature stability. Amazing service from true professionals."
