"I am not a dramatic person, but Cole is a godsend!! He was on time and diagnosed and fixed our issue quickly!! He was friendly, professional and BRILLIANT. Don’t let his young age fool you. This guy knows what he’s doing. My mom’s front porch light blew out from an overzealous space heater. And it wasn’t just the front porch light. None of the outlets on the entire front wall of the house were working! Thank you, space heater. So we saw the great reviews for Cole and decided to call him. BEST. DECISION. EVER. Cole arrived ON TIME and found the issue almost immediately. If you saw my mom’s house (bless her heart) you would know this was no easy feat. "Ray was friendly and very professional and you can tell immediately that he was very customer oriented. As far as prices go, he was more than fair compared to the other bids. As a matter of fact I expanded the scope of his work to include a new water heater too. All the equipment supplied was 100% new, still in the factory cartons and the installation work was TOP QUALITY. Ray not only sold me the job but he did the installation too. He and partner Ken, and their assistant (3 man crew total) worked very professionally and effectively. Needless to say I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM."

"I was having issues with my boiler in the middle of the night and I decided to call New York HVAC at 2:30am thinking I would receive voicemail, I mistakenly thought wrong..... Vinny picked up phone and gladly discussed my furnace issues and in return, set up an appointment at 8am that same morning. Once he arrived he was able fix my boiler within an hr. Vinny is very knowledgable and was great pleasure to deal with. I certainly recommend his services without question!! I intend on retaining him once again for other HVAC projects I have in the near future."
