"Kevin is THE best! I feel my experience qualifies me to say this. I have dealt with a boiler for 25 years. I have had help ranging from "good" to "worst" (I would wish that on no one), and now---the BEST! I am very impressed with Kevin's experience, his knowledge, his skill (almost a gift!) and how intent and perfectionistic he is in his work. He also seems to really like what he does! He was able to resolve an issue no one else ever could fix. We had lived for at least 12 years with a cold room that no one could get heat to. When Kevin learned of it (while working on other things), he knew there was a reason and a solution--and went at it with confidence. After all these years--we are now loving a warm room free of space heaters! He did other work as well...and all his work is beautiful! I enjoy looking at the pipes in the boiler room now. "Kyle was a one if the best contractors that I’ve worked with. It was a pleasure to work with him on every level. He was honest, upfront, no surprises & the job was completed as agreed a d then some. He’s a joy to work with. I was hesitant at first about using Angi. He was the first to respond & was anxiously engaged from start to finish. I have used several contractors over the years & for the most part, I would always end up with a bill with surprises & more than the quote. Kyle said he would be here & the cost would be X. That’s exactly what it was & I know he had some extras that he did but that wasn’t added in. He honored his price & the quality of his work was above & beyond what I expected. I would highly recommend him for any HVAC problem you have. Another refreshing thing was he wasn’t 7-10 days out to even look at the job. He was 2 days out. That’s unheard of. "When our furnace stopped blowing hot air they were at our house within 30 minutes, even though it was 5:30 pm. Clint called & when I told him we had 2 little grandkids living with us and we needed heat, he called Leo who had just gotten home. Leo came right over; he lives 10 minutes away. The motherboard on our Trane furnace had gone bad after less than 2.5 years & Leo drove to the Trane warehouse the next morning, A warranty issue arose because of the way a different company had installed it, and Clint called Trane to straighten it out. We will definitely be calling Climate Doctor when we need to replace our 20-yr-old air conditioning unit. We felt that they were honest, reasonably priced and knew what they were doing."

"I would recommend Absolute Air to anyone and everyone! The Sales Staff listened to our needs & wants then gave us multiple options at different price points explaining the reasons for the different prices. They didn't try to over sell and actually talked us out of replacing our water heater since it wasn't needed. They checked and fixed everything that was associated with our Furnace and AC replacement including what was needed to move our AC over 3 feet to be within code as part of their service! The whole process from start to finish exceeded our expectations. I just wish you guys did sewer line repair because then I wouldn't have a hard time deciding which company to go with!!"

The pilot went out on our water heater, so we had cold showers the next morning, they must have shut off the gas when replacing the furnace, but it was easy for me to get the pilot lit again."
