"Spoke to Harvey and explained a boiler issue. He immedialtey suggested a fix which I could do by repressurising the tank myself. He walked me through it on the phone and was honest in his assessment. He did not charge for the phone help and was excellent. I had a subsequent issue which he sent his service engineer John to review. John was professional, courteous and gave a frank and honest assessment and did not try to simply sell something which wasn't required. The issues I had experienced previously were gone and the water flow pressure was better than ever as was the temperature stability. Amazing service from true professionals."

"Douglas was so very informative as to how to fix my heating and duct work issues I had to hire him do the job. Douglas was very professional and courteous. He charged for the job as he should, he showed up on time to do the job as promised and showed me what he was doing all the while answering any questions I had. He’s a stand up guy. He’s full of info regarding heating systems. He knows what he’s doing. Hire him to do your job. You’ll be so happy with him himself and his work you’ll want to refer him to your own family."
