"Brad Gentile arrived at the location before I did and had already looked at the ac unit in the backyard. I explained to him I have been troubleshot the furnace for 3 days and have a 2 flash external lockout. Brad said, *Ok, let me take a look and see what is going on.* He asked me to turn on the thermostat and call for heat. I went in and did and walk back to the furnace where Brad had already removed the panel and holding down the pin. Pilot light lit and this is where I told him the furnace will click 3 times and the pilot goes out. He says, *Ok* and we both watch all the burners light up. 3 days troubleshooting had Honeywell on the phone with me for over an hour and this man lays his hands on my furnace once and gets it working with no problem. Unbelievable! He shuts it down and says lets make sure it lights up again. It does! I thank him and say, How much I owe you for coming out? He says nothing it was my pleasure.
