He looked at and said he would send a quote ?????? My furnace is out , its late and the temp outside is 0. Tony Bertolini repaired it less then a hour with no parts. Preston came to perform a routine maintenance check on my furnace and noticed a problem with my water heater (potential carbon monoxide leak). He explained the issue and contacted one of their plumbers, sent pictures and, with my approval, arranged for immediate service. He then completed the inspection of my furnace and explained the inspection & the results and answered all of my questions.
