Connor provide me with an estimate for an upgrade and installation from my old fluorescent fixtures to more efficient LED lighting. He also checked on the safety of my electrical system. He found an outlet near my washing machine that should have been a GFCI outlet, and a few breakers in my panel that should have been bridged together. Outside of his knowledge and, as I discovered, his skills, what I liked about Scott was that he didnâ t try to up sell me any additional items, he asked what else I might need, like any plumbing service he could provide. He then noticed a major problem with our water heater. Thank goodness he saw it because it was on the verge of giving out. Fernando came out and installed a new water heater. Fernando--like Al--was professional, polite, and answered all my questions. He did a great job with the installation. He was quick and efficient and kept the area clean.
