"Project: Replaced my old furnace with a new model. I had no heat on a very cold day. Within a few hours, they put in a temporary fix so I had heat. Two days later they installed a new furnace in one day. Everyone I dealt with was polite and professional. I did not feel pressured to buy a furnace that I didn't need. The installers were great and left my basement cleaner than it was before they stated the installation! I also appreciate the follow-up call, checking to see if I was satisfied."

"I called this morning because I was having issues with my furnace. Travis who answered my call was very courteous and respectful, not to mention he was able to get me on for the same day, so I wouldn't be without heat. Everything that Travis said would happen, did. Ty called me with an ETA. He and Robbie both showed up in the allotted timeframe and fixed the issue I was having expertly. Everything is back up and running, and I couldn't be happier. "Chris, the owner, was very knowledgeable about the type of furnace we needed, as well as could afford. He knew how big it should be for the size of the house. We have been using it this winter and even in the coldest period, it kept the temperature perfect. Chris did the install in minimal time and with professionalism. He even put in a flap, so that if we wanted to use our wood furnace it would close off the gas furnace flu, so the electronics would not overheat. We were very comfortable with him in our home."
