"I've used Applewood Plumbing, Heating and Electric in the past and have never been disappointed. Preston came to perform a routine maintenance check on my furnace and noticed a problem with my water heater (potential carbon monoxide leak). He explained the issue and contacted one of their plumbers, sent pictures and, with my approval, arranged for immediate service. He then completed the inspection of my furnace and explained the inspection & the results and answered all of my questions. He was knowledgeable, courteous, and was able to explain things in a way a non-HVAC guy could understand."

They gave me an appointment window, contacted me early, because he was running early, to let me know he was on his way and how long it would take for him to get here. After he found the problem, he explained my problem and my options for repair. As well as the cost options. I chose what would work and he gave me an estimate of how long it would take.
