"I had received the name of Green Briar Electric through a friend in the neighborhood and in 2021, Bob Pearce came to replace outside electrical outlets in my home. This year, I called once again for a repair to an outside lighting fixture and a timer switch that wasn't working. This time Dan Pearce, his son was the one who took the call. He made an appointment time within the week and arrived exactly on time! He wasn't able to repair the lighting fixture at the time and took it with him. Within a week he called to say it was ready and once again made an appointment and arrived exactly at the time he said he was coming. As for the timer switch, before he replaced the old one with a new one, he said he'd try to repair the old one which he did. I am beyond thrilled with the service, the workmanship and the pricing!! "Williams & Associates replaced an ancient, very large old boiler in my very large house. Bruce calculated the necessary size and found a suitable boiler. He and his crew thoroughly cleared the radiators and lines before removing the old boiler and installing the new one. They checked all the radiators and added new valves as needed during a lengthy checkout. It took several days to do all the work. Throughout, Bruce explained what they were doing and why as well as recommending changes/additions to the original proposal. They were even cheerful about removing the original "Mary Jane" from the basement. I would definitely recommend them to anyone using steam heat. Great job!"

He answered the phone himself, and told me he could be at my house in two hours! I received a text when he was on his way and promptly arrived. He quickly diagnosed the problem, explained what he could do to fix it and gave me a price which was surprisingly reasonable. I gave him the go ahead and he fixed the issue within the hour.
