The rebate from the state was also taken care of and deducted from our bill so we only paid the price of the heat pump with the rebate included. This is a big advantage because you are not paying the extra $2,000 for the bill and then waiting to get the $2,000 back from the state which could take weeks. They did a great job."

I didn't get the message through HomeAdvisor until a few hours later by which time it was too late. The owner, Harvey, offered to talk me through manually opening the zone valve. We texted, I sent pics, he guided me over the course of a few hours. With his expert guidance I was able to find the problem and fix it. Very helpful. Great service. Really committed to getting my heat back on in the middle of below zero temps. I cannot thank you enough Harvey! It was below zero again last night. And we had heat With gratitude."
