"Service was great. I was working and my sister-in-law was at my house waiting to let Dick's Heating and Air guy come in. The gentleman who was supposed to come to my house was running late, but he called ahead to let me know. Then when he got to my house, he diagnosed my furnace and called with me options and prices so I could make a informed decision.
