"This was a complicated project involving removal of an electric meter and gas meter, installing a new electric panel, disconnecting and removing a stove, dishwasher, sink, installing a new water heater and removing two old ones;and also capping a gas line and finding and fixing leaks in the gas lines. The work crews arrived on time, were courteous and good humored, and finished in the allotted three days, with minimum disruption to the family's routine. The charges were the ones included in the estimates, with no extra costs. The company took care of filing the necessary permits and scheduling the necessary inspections by the utilities and town building inspectors. All of this was taken care of with the utmost proficiency. The company has an after-hours phone line for employees to get in touch with tech support when needed. But the most important thing from my perspective was the fact that the workers seemed to enjoy their work and all of them put in 12-hour days, when some of them could have left at a normal hour because they were not needed to "finish up." They just wanted to be around in case they were needed. Finally, the office staff was immediately responsive to phone calls and messages. We were also happy to have found one company to take care of the entire project, both the electric and the plumbing. This company is the best I have ever worked with."

On the day he provided the estimate, Tom spent far more time inspecting the premises and searching for the optimal location for running the power line from the electrical box in our basement to the exterior of our house. He was the only one who suggested going through the crawl space, which was the best idea for this project. The crawl space was long, cramped, and dirty. Our job was not easy and the work conditions were sub-par (freezing cold outside; tiny dirty crawl space inside), but he performed the entire job with a smile. They said they could be there in about 2 hours! They came exactly when they said they would and switched out the smoke alarms for new ones (old ones were nearly 9 years old and needed replacement).
