"Mr. Dave Burton and his crew did an awesome job helping me convert decade old/outdated panel in my basement, to a new up-to-code panel above ground, as well as adding two 220v 50a/30a Receptacles for my new Induction Cooktop and my EV Charger. They also fixed a few fire-hazard inducing temporary junctions, exposed wires, and installed 120v GFCI receptacle in basement for new Dehumidifier. The price is reasonable and the job is well done! They even helped me label all the switches to the locations in the house on the new panel!"

"I needed assorted areas addressed due to a building assessment review before a sale. It was wonderful to work with someone who gave a fast and honest appraisal of the work that needed to be done. There was an outlet that was flagged as not working, but that was found to be lightswitch. There was a broken light fixture, replaced quickly. A loose outlet box tightened. "Brian was extremely professional. He called ahead, and arrived on time for the scheduled estimate walk-thru. He took notes for each of the different fixtures I wanted added in each location, and reviewed them with me at the end of the meeting. He got back to me in less than a week with a fair estimate for the complete job. We hired him for the work, and he scheduled the appointment within two weeks of the initial meeting. He arrived on time the day of the appointment, and had all the equipment and tools needed for the job. My job site needed a little bit of everything, exterior flood lights on the soffits, a new circuit for the bedroom AC, and a new install of a hanging pendant chandelier. Brian and his assistant did all the work in less than 6 hours and were true to their original estimate with no surprises or overages. Brian did a walk-thru with me at the end of the job, and the quality of the work was flawless. I had spoken with two other contractors for the same work and they were unresponsive and difficult to coordinate with. I gave Brian 5 stars across the board because there were no shenanigans, he was prompt, accessible and very professional. I would not hesitate to recommend Brian and his company for any electrical work in the future."

- Before they arrive, prepare a precise list of items you want serviced. Electricians have budgeted their time for a service call. They don’t have time for additional requests once they are on site.
- Make sure the electrical panel box is accessible. You’ll pay for the time it takes to access it.
- Clear away fragile items, knickknacks and furniture from areas where you expect the them to work.
- If you have questions about the project, ask them before they start. Most are happy to run you through the problem and the process of fixing it.
- Ask about potential issues after the work is complete. During a service call a professional will spot any potential hazards.
- You’ll lose power to parts of your home while they work. Be prepared to pause anything you’re doing during the service call.
- In most cases you’ll have the option to either pay at the time of service or have a bill sent to you. You’ll be able to pay with cash, credit and sometimes check.
