I'm a fairly decent DIY electrician, but I was way over my head with two intermittent problem wiring issues. Charles is a true MASTER Electrician, just as his credentials state. "We had a exhaust fan installed in the bathroom with an additional switch and another project few years later involved converting our light switch to a smart switch. The only thing I didn't like was that at the time (obviously this could be different now) they didn't offer the ability to pay with credit card. I had to go get cash. Now a days every business big or small should offer ability to pay with credit. Besides that great service. I would use them again as I already have twice."

"In addition to the "Help install generator" request which really was to install a bypass panel, other work I requested included a whole house surge protector, and a dedicated circuit and outlet for the central vac. The bypass panel turned out to be way out of my budget. My budget rating is still 5 stars as I was getting budget info only on that part, & would have proceeded only if price was too good to resist. Oak did install the surge protector. Existing panel was full, so electrician installed outlet only for central vac but on a circuit that's for lights."

- Ask about potential issues after the work is complete. During a service call a professional will spot any potential hazards.
- You’ll lose power to parts of your home while they work. Be prepared to pause anything you’re doing during the service call.
