    Great job !!! Zack and his workers installed a new gutter during a 6-8 hours warm weather window between snow storms. A gutter needed replacement because it was full of ice and water was getting into the house. Thank you !!! The e-mail/invoice payment process did not work. I think it was because I had not pre-loaded a credit card into Angi. I paid Zack with a check.

    ZLK replaced a gutter downspout that had fallen of my 2 1/2 story house. This happened just after a snow storm, and it was 10 degrees outside. Despite the less than ideal conditions, the two men who came were communicative, courteous, and efficient. Gutter is fixed and it looks great. Thanks ZLK!

    I received a fair quote within days of my inquiry. The work was done in a timely manner and satisfied my expectations completely. They replaced rotten boards in my front porch and back deck. They also built a new 10 foot fence with gate.

    Needed gutters replaced, zlk found rotted wood and replaced my fascia boards, installed new soffit and fascia to protect them, I had none before. It made my house look 100 percent nicer. His guys found a leak in my roof and repaired that as well! Couldnâ t be more thankful for hiring people who actually pay attention to everything and not just what they were hired to do. Thank you Zack!!

    Got the old gutters torn down and replaced with new ones same day. Also got some new vinyl siding and facia metal installed the following day. I was very satisfied with the job and quality of work done to the house. I recommend ZLK for gutter needs and will definitely call them again in the future for my next home exterior projects.

    8. Liens Search
      We use 3rd party data sources to check the principal/owner of the business for liens placed against them.
    9. Identity Verification (SSN)
      HomeAdvisor verifies the social security number(s) of the owner/principal for identity check purposes. This check applies primarily to smaller business entities.
    10. Identity Verification (Reverse Phone Lookup)
      We conduct a reverse business phone lookup to identify records matching the phone number information provided by the business.
