Originally the scope of my project was pouring foundation, floor & walls for a shop, but Brad offered to also act as my general contractor for the rest of the build. Am I ever grateful that he did! I know the build would not have gone near as well as it did were Brad not spearheading it. Firstly, pouring concrete can be difficult in cold weather, but Brad made late night trips out to my farm to make sure it was setting up properly. His attention to detail is infinite. Nothing was too insignificant to run by me & make sure I would be happy with it. And when I couldn t make my mind up, which was often, Brad had alternatives & explained them to me in terms I could understand. He consistently kept me apprised of the job s progress & anytime I had questions I was always able to get ahold of him whether it be by phone, text or email. "I wish I could give 10 stars to Dale at Riverview Construction in every category â ¦ Dale is a rare find- a contractor who does what he says heâ s going to do, is meticulous about doing the job correctly and efficiently, and is very conscientious about communicating when he will be on site and what work he plans to complete for a given day or week. Weather issues not withstanding, I really appreciate the daily texts to check on how much rain impacted conditions that might prevent work. Finally Dale just has really great ideas about how to improve the final outcome of a project. I had a vision which Dale not only achieved in an impressive way but he improved the approach and also fixed a few issues left by my builder without dramatically increasing the cost. The value I received for the work accomplished is huge ! Iâ m already planning to bring Dale back next year ! Thank you !"

"I hired Pro Foundation Technology, Inc. to fill a huge void under my driveway. Unlike other companies that I got bids from, Pro Foundation used ground penetrating radar to accurately map the void. The crew called a day early, having finished another job in the area. I had a lawn irrigation system being installed that day. The Pro Foundation crew worked around the sprinkler crew and neither got in the others' way. From arrival to finish and thorough cleanup, they completed the job in less than 45 minutes. Except for a slight difference in color of the concrete plugging the 20 small holes they drilled in the driveway, you'd hardly know they were ever here. From bid to completion, everyone I dealt with at Pro Foundation was courteous, friendly, and efficient."

"From the start, I had a very good experience with Acculevel. The project manager, Jim, arrived for the initial inspection and estimate right on time. He was courteous and did an excellent job explaining the helical piers capabilities and installation process and answered all my questions. He did not try to push extra installations on me, but I feel just what he thought would more than sufficiently do the job. Neil, the project superintendent, also arrived right on time for the pre-installation visit, was also courteous and thoroughly answered my questions. The two days of pier installation went very well. The installers, Luis & Fabian, worked diligently, treated my lawn and landscaping with care (using plywood under the mini at all times), and were always courteous. They seemed very experienced with the pier installation and were very proficient with the installation. They cleaned up after the job, returned the landscaping back to what it was as best they could, and minimized damage to the lawn. All were very professional and the job was well done."
