The website does not allow me to specify the work completed. I experienced one of the nightmares of home ownership… a leaky roof. John arrived at my home after 8PM as an emergency call. He tarped the area of leakage and returned with his sizable crew at 8AM the next morning. Upon inspection of my home, it was discovered that the chimney was cracked and pulling away due to water leakage. There was also evidence of some water damage inside. Top Rank replaced the roof and chimney. They removed the vinyl siding and everything that was hiding behind it,down to the sheathing. New plywood, Tyvek, and leveling board were placed, and my siding was reattached. I am very appreciative to have found Top Rank Renovations. John was very thorough with every aspect of this job, including keeping me informed and communicating any issues that arose. Thank you John and your terrific crew!

Hired to do a patio which came out nice but fell apart within a few months. They do NOT honor their warranty and in fact dont even answer. It is a high risk if they mess up they will not return. My friend used them too and said the same thing. They are no cheaper so go with a company who you know will honor their warranty. Job was absolutely horrible within a few months

Top Rank Renovation operated at the highest level of professionalism! The PREVIOUS contractor left behind a mess, an unfinished mess. Top Rank Renovation came and saved the day. It was like the difference between a really bad date and a really good one. Top Rank Renovation was the really good date. On my next project, Top Rank will be top-of-mind!

This was the easiest contractor to work with. He responds, is reasonably, efficient, thorough and did great work so much that we ended up doing not just our homes driveway, but asked them to also include the entire backyard and with no hesitation them began same day! I appreciate their diligence because they found issues in my foundation and drains and corrected them immediately which they some contractors wouldnâ t have done. I highly recommend them!
