Team was very prompt, clean and did a great job. We are very happy with the patio they poured, they beautifully blended it in to the rest of our back yard.

I am very pleased with the quality of work performed by LMC, Inc. We moved into our house three years ago. The driveway had been replaced one year before we moved in and had badly deteriorated. When Alex inspected our driveway, he explained the options available to us, along with the reasonable expectations for each option. Alex was responsive in responding to my questions and when they came onsite and started the work, he was careful in removing the old driveway to minimize any damage to the surrounding grounds - a tough job in any demolition. When he and his crew started laying the new driveway, we were impressed with attentiveness to detail in preparing and finishing the cement. The finished driveway, compared to the old one, has a much better appearance. The crew did a good job cleaning up after completing the project and it was done in a timely manner, delayed only by a thunderstorm. Based on the courtesy of Alex and his crew, and the quality of work I have observed, LMC will be the first company I contact if I need similar work.

Was a demo and pour of new garage floor and small set of steps. Scheduling went well, demo and removal went well, cement arrived on day 2 on time, full crew, all equipment operational, timely, and clean-up went fine. The way it is supposed to work.

Alexis was flexible with my busy work schedule and met me at my home early on a Saturday. The job was done quickly and efficiently.

Quick and a quality job.

I hired LMC Concrete to seal my patio and garage floor. The patio looked good until it got wet and is now milky in large spots. After multiple delays, LMC arrived at 6 pm to seal my garage floor. Until I intervened, they weren't going to move the garage contents, sweep or wash the floor before they applied the sealant. They did not acid wash it or caulk, as was promised in writing. They didn't let the concrete dry after washing for 24 hrs before applying the sealant. LMC sprayed the sealant in the dark too thickly and unevenly which resulted in crackling, spotting, bare spots, and wide rivulets of puddling, running solvent. The manufacturer said the product should dry in 30 minutes. It was still not dry after 52 hours because it was applied so thickly. I asked them to remove the solvent, but Lionel said he would need to charge me $200. I later sent an email and certified letter asking for a return of $400, since I needed to hire someone else to remove the solvent, buy more product, and apply it. I received no reply.

Quality work done quickly and professionally. Cleaned up all debris. Neighbors were impressed with outcome. I’m a little disappointed that the grass along the edge of the steps is rather bare because I didn’t know to ask them to cap the stairs but that was my error.
