Avoid! Capital?s quote was significantly more than others but they stated it was due to ?quality? of work and reputation. Lies! The project (yard drainage, pavers) took months and is still a full mess! Attached are photos- I was gaslighted stating that I was ?impossible to please? and would ?never be happy?- judge the work for yourself! Project was over $40,000 and this is what they found acceptable! If you still choose them (?) then make sure an attorney reads anything you sign as every minuscule detail must be written or they will not take any responsibility! And read financing terms very carefully as they scroll through the contract speaking but the content does NOT match what they spew! Then the threats start demanding approval for the terrible, incomplete job. You?ll be ignored and ghosted once they get their money after placing in writing the modifications that will (not) occur!

We wish to clarify that this customer has repeatedly attempted to tarnish our company?s reputation through unfounded claims. She has made unreasonable demands for additional work well beyond the scope of her agreement and threatened to withhold payment and post unethical reviews if these demands were not fulfilled. Additionally, the pictures she has posted online are not representative of the finished work and are therefore misleading. For clarity, the white stones were removed and the pavers placed beneath the fencing were not included in the original contract but were added only at the customer?s requests to prevent rodents from entering beneath her fence line. The agreement specifically covered only the construction of a stone patio; the dirt and soil area were not included as this is where the customer?s dog regularly use. Despite these challenges, our team has dedicated considerable time and effort to address her requests in good faith, striving toward a fair and amicable resolution. Throughout this process, our team has maintained the highest standards of transparency, integrity, and professionalism. We remain fully committed to resolving concerns promptly and respectfully while upholding the terms of our agreements, which are designed to protect the interests of all parties involved. They were very professional. It started with the sales representative Cam who was great to work with and was knowledgeable. The project manager Anthony Andreozzi was the best. He answered any questions I had and let me know exactly what to expect. They kept in contact with me throughout the project at every stage. The project came out like I expected. We did not have any issues and it went smoothly.

Outstanding company from the sales person to the project manager to the very competent roofers. The estimate to replace my roof was not the highest or the lowest but was realistic. I was in constant contact with various personnel who kept me informed about the project. On installation day, the crew of 8 roofers began work at 7:30am and finished at 2:30pm. All waste was cleaned up and placed in the dumpster. Overall, a great company to consider when replacing your roof.

Josh Shea came out to my house to givev me an estimate for a bathroom remodeling that a previous contractor messed up. I had Jacuzzi Bath and remodeling install a beautiful walk-in shower in my upstairs bathroom and was so impressed with them i called them to take a look at my 1st floor bathroom. Josh was professional, easy to talk to and answered all my concerns. This is truly a great company with outstanding individuals working for them. And Josh was the best!!!

The team did extremely high-quality work, and took care of all the logistics to get our siding job done! All of our neighbors have been complimenting our house's face lift. They were very professional, meticulous in their work, and did a job that should last decades. Highly recommend!
