I typically remain unmoved by social media advertising but somehow I was led to the page of this business. I submitted an inquiry and was contacted in the most professional and subtle manner. I set a consultation in less than three days and was pleasantly impressed with the knowledge, ease, promptness and professionalism of the owner. We discussed ideas, concerns, and recommendations within 30 minutes and wishing the next 24 hours a quote and contract was sent over electronically. We agreed on a convenient time that worked for our family and Martin and his team completed the entire project while we were away on vacation! We came back to exactly what we were promised. They cleaned up after themselves and were kind and polite to our inquiring neighbors. We are now more than customers- we are family⠦⠦ and look forward to our next project later this month! Hartford Masonry was very professional, fast, clean, and obviously skilled. They did the work quickly right when they said they would, cleaned up the site thoroughly, and left my chimney looking better than it has in all the 22 years I've been here.
