The project involved moving an ugly cement patio, digging down to expose my foundation so a carpenter could replace a damaged sill, backfilling and regrading my front yard, and installing the driveway. Mike was easy to reach and always responsive, kept me informed about how the work was going, and checked to see if I was pleased with the result at each stage of the process. I highly recommend them!"

It took him just a little while, and the reason was he was so busy doing other jobs. His work was so good that we hired him to plant our Arborvitae trees and other miscellaneous work around our property, which he was happy to do! His work ethic is impeccable. He completed the projects on time. His quote was very reasonable for the amount of work (we did compare with several other contractors). Also, he was the ONLY contractor who brought a catalogue of his OWN work, not some brand name book showing edited pictures to look good. HIGHLY RECOMMEND hiring Chris for your hardscape project. "I hired Tom and his company after seeing all positive reviews in HomeAdvisor, they cleaned my old concrete garage floor and resurfaced it. It took a couple a of days for the floor to dry, and a primer coating was applied, and then the last coating, I learned it is a Polymer. Anyway, the floor looks good and solid afterwards, we have been using it daily now, great job Tom."

"Originally hired MJ Masonry to replace an existing railroad tie retaining wall and like most projects there was mission creep. I asked Michael of MJ Masonry if they were interested in taking on 2 additional projects: replacing an old stockade fence with a new one, and replacing a cement walkway with a stone walkway. We agreed on the price of the 2 additions and all projects were completed to the original schedule within 3 weeks of the start date. Details of the projects: 1. Retaining Stone Wall is over 130 linear feet 2. Stockade Fence is approximately 88 linear feet 3. Stone Walkway is approximately 63 square feet The workers lead by Jose are consummate professionals. They went above and beyond what is required to do their job. It was the little things like cleaning up after themselves and repairing annoyance type things that is not in the contract without being asked. At the end of the entire project, my wife and I were so pleased with MJ Masonry's work, we gave them a modest bonus. The icing on the cake was when some of our neighbors coming over and telling us the day after the projects completion that the Retaining Stone Wall, the Stockade Fence, and the Stone Walkway looks beautiful."

Moises gave me a good quote to pull up the entire walkway, lay down a crushed stone base, and reinstall the pavers, and scheduled the work within a week of approving the project.
