The owner of Master Garage was very prompt in contacting me about the job, coming out for the estimate, and following through on doing the job. I was very pleased with the assistance I received on which option was best for what I was trying to accomplish (polyurthane vs epoxy finish), but wish that there had been some color samples to look at to help make a final decision. Overall, I am very satisfied with the process and the job. I chose polyurthane to finish a basement floor and was especially pleased with the repairs made to major cracks present in the floor before the finish was applied. I was a bit surprised that the owner never followed up after the job was done to see for himself how it turned out, but maybe he only does that if the customer calls about any issues or complaints.

Very good communication. Prompt and on time service. Unfortunately end product not as good as expected. If you looking to have your concrete floor finish with Hybrid Polymer think twice. Tom - owner very nice and polite guy. He and crew show up right on time. Looked very promising. So what went wrong? For the money I paid , I was expecting better finishing touch and better end results. Floor is covered but it looks like was done by good amateur not a pro. I think that work was bit rushed at the end , and that is what made it look poorly. PS. Note to owner: Tom , slow down. When you planing to do full day of work - do not rush. After sending old concrete make sure all dust is well cleaned. After you put primer, wait ( then wait again) till is dry before applying polymer. It will save you time ( no call backs - touchups ) and final product will be looking better.

We see huge variations in the condition of the concrete we process. This was very porous concrete (millions of tiny little holes) which we encounter frequently on residential and commercial projects. The day we processed, there was an incredible thirty degree temperature rise. Air entrapped in the concrete expands when it warms. This created tiny bubbles that were remedied on day two of processing. About one in ten slabs are very porous. ...wife told us up front that husband would be difficult to please but we like a challenge!
