They did a very nice job paving our driveway. They were very thorough and fussy. Workers were polite and respectful and were very efficient. Job was completed on time. I would recommend them.

The team was great! Built a beautiful retaining wall, graded my backyard, and seal coat my driveway. Showed up on time and completed in a timely manner. Five stars, highly recommended.

Job was to replace an existing driveway by removing old asphalt and replacing with new. The team was efficient and pleasant to work with. The driveway looks great. I would recommend this company to others.

I would not use the word pro to describe this outfit. I gave them a deposit of $1,100 for the repaving of my driveway and walkway. There is a gas line under the walkway and my insurance agent suggested a permit would be wise. I asked Mr. Vxxxxxxxx to get a permit from the city for the work. I even offered to pay for the permit. He became upset and since then has disappeared. Do not trust these people. They are masters of deceit. If you do decide to use them, get everything in writing or you will be very sorry! I am so sorry that this customer has decided to post this review. everything he has stated is an absolute lie. There is no permit required to do this job, I have gone to the engineering dept and received a letter stating that a permit is not required for this job. I have given this customer a COI that would cover anything. Dig safe is called for all specs concerning underground lines. This customer Refuses to accept the fact that there is no permit for replacing an existing driveway with in its footprint. No one disappeared we have tried to do this job a few times but he refuses.

New Look did a nice job initially prepping and paving our driveway using asphalt millings but they never finished the work we paid them for. They were supposed to come back after 6 months and seal the driveway. I have not been able to reach a real person and left several messages over the past 3 months. Bob seemed like a stand-up guy and as I said they did a nice job initially. Very disappointed that they stiffed me on the sealing they promised.

I am sorry that we missed you for your Free seal coat, we do close sealcoating mid October. Usually the free seal coat takes place the following year. I look forward to speaking with yo to get this matter resolved as quickly as possible..
