Priority One was very responsive and patiently answered all my questions as a 1st time homeowner about replacing a horribly rusty chimney chase cover. New stainless steel chase cover was ready and they came on a Saturday morning to replace it. Good quality, professionalism and exceptional customer service. Priority One even addressed and requests during installation (they added wood board to secure new cover that was too big from measurements of old makeshift cover, refreshed existing chimney cap with rust-proof silver paint, removed rust from existing chimney flue) without complaining or additional charge. I originally called them to replace the chase cover on my chimney, and to do a cleaning and video inspection as well. Adore was the first company out of three to reply to me and Andy was quickly available for an estimate. He showed up on time and was extremely professional. He gave me a great education about the project and a great estimate as well. I was so impressed with the care and workmanship of the chimney job, I had them come back a second time, a couple of weeks later, to replace my gutters. Andy and his team did another fine job, on time, and a great price. Showed great care for my home, cleaned everything up and hauled it away. "The company sent a person to our home and provided a well detailed plan for repair of the sidewalk. He gave us several options. We elected to have two of the four options completed immediately. The work performed was; reset loose bricks, replace stone step near back door and clean and seal patio and entire walkway. The young man who performed the work evidently had been trained well as the work was very good. He was careful not to damage the landscaping and cleaned up after completing the work. I am so happy with the final result. Thanks!"

"I needed to have my fireplace chimney repaired. It was the old builder's grade chimney with stucco over it that had been cracking and falling apart over the years despite my efforts to patch it. Albert came out and gave us our options. We decided to go with a total rebuild of the chimney constructed in bricks. The chimney would angle in on one side and Albert used some beautiful stone over that. The chimney was extended in height to give us a better draft as well. Albert started when he said he would. The demolition of the old chimney went well. Albert discovered that our firebox was suspended in air on some cinder blocks. He filled in under the firebox with cement and other blocks to secure it before starting to rebuild the chimney in bricks. He even selected the more expensive "older looking" bricks to match the brick front on our house. Albert rebuilt the chimney from ground up, cleaned the firebox and removed the old non-functioning damper inside, installed a chimney cap with the cable. He even installed another chimney cap on our smaller chimney that vents the gas boiler on our main roof. He matched the siding of our house perfectly where he had to cut it in from the angle he created on the chimney. He even replaced some roofing shingles on the roof near the chimney that had cement on them from my years of patching! Albert also made a cut in the chimney above the roof line and inserted the flashing into the cut in the chimney to be sure it would be waterproof! Albert also replaced a piece of damaged siding near the chimney that didn't have to be replaced for the chimney job itself. He also re-arranged our stone edging and created a nice little flower bed next to the chimney. All at no extra charge! We are extremely happy with the job he did. Our fireplace chimney is very large and is very visible as you pull in our driveway. It is now a beautiful sight to see! Albert made sure everything was cleaned up when they were done each day and when the job was completed everything was cleaned up! We couldn't be more happy with the work he did! Hopefully he will have before and after pictures posted on his website soon for all to see what I am talking about. Thank you Albert for such a wonderful job so well done! "I needed gutters cleaning service for 2-story house. The gutters were covered with mesh that had a lot of vegetation on them. Jose gave a reasonable pricing and quickly adjusted the price when he saw gutters condition that we had to remove. They did a very good job, taking great pictures of the clean gutters."

"Corvelli sent two men to clean the ducts in both my AC and heating systems. They took about 3 hours, were very tidy and clean, and extremely curious. I had neglected in advance to notify them of an allergy that I had to the disinfecting agents that they used, and when I discovered my mistake, they completely remediated the cleaning agent with attention to detail and courteous concern. To remove the cleaning smell (which itself was pleasant smelling, though I was allergic to it) they were here for an extra 3 hours and did not charge me for that extra time, spraying and wiping down each duct twice, and they even went so far as to repair my old ceiling fan in order to help circulate the air in my house to remove any residual smell. They will be returning tomorrow free of charge just to check up on the job and to turn off my attic fan for me (which is quite old and difficult to control). Regarding the cleaning of the ducts, I watched their procedures which seemed thorough."
