"We have an arrangement with our tenants that when they move out, they do not have to clean, but can just get settled into their new home. We will hire a cleaning service to professionally clean our house they vacated, and subtract the reasonable cleaning fee from their security deposit. Tenants love this option. Celenia arrived with four workers and in about two hours vacuumed and mopped all floors, cleaned frig, stove, cupboards, bathtub, shower, etc. - 2400 square feet home. Tenants NEVER leave it this clean. It looks beautiful. Prospective tenants appreciate knowing the home has been professionally cleaned before they move in.
