"Perfect! The technician arrived on time. He was very efficient, courteous and professional. I showed him where the dryer and outside vent were and went back to work in my home office. Shortly later he told me it was finished. He had done the following: - Showed me pictures and videos of the work that he had performed - Of particular interest was the 'before-and-after" picture of the inside of the dryer duct, which had been clogged with lint - He cleaned out the dryer inside-filter - He swept and vacuumed the area between the dryer and the wall - He put a screw in the dryer vent hose that had been missing - He installed the outside bird-guard that had fallen on the deck months ago I would like to use Duct Kings again to clean out my home AC ducting."

The hose from the dryer to the vent was very clean but the vent itself was very clogged. It was too high for me to clean the bent from the outside. Mike replaced the outside vent and further cleaned the dryer lint area. Wonderful service. I highly recommend using this service."
