Duct Kings

I have been using duct kings to clean my dryer vent for several years. They always arrive on time and thoroughly clean out the dryer vent. I used them again this year and they provided the same great service! It was great to have the same technician who was familiar with my home to provide the service several years in a row.

Perfect! The technician arrived on time. He was very efficient, courteous and professional. I showed him where the dryer and outside vent were and went back to work in my home office. Shortly later he told me it was finished. He had done the following: - Showed me pictures and videos of the work that he had performed - Of particular interest was the 'before-and-after" picture of the inside of the dryer duct, which had been clogged with lint - He cleaned out the dryer inside-filter - He swept and vacuumed the area between the dryer and the wall - He put a screw in the dryer vent hose that had been missing - He installed the outside bird-guard that had fallen on the deck months ago I would like to use Duct Kings again to clean out my home AC ducting.

As first-time homeowners, we were unsure where to start with our HVAC system, but New England Home Performance Kings (Duct Kings) made it easy from the get-go. They offered a free estimate, and the technician, Kenny, was incredibly knowledgeable and efficient. He took the time to explain everything clearly, which put us at ease right away. After a great experience with the estimate, we moved forward with both the duct cleaning and Aeroseal (especially since they offered a discount if we booked both services with them)! We had the duct cleaning done a few weeks ago, and just two days ago, we had the Aeroseal service completed, and the results have been amazing. I had Duct Kings clean my ductwork and then return to seal them. They showed up when they said they would, did a very professional job, treated my home respectfully, cleaned up after themselves, and were very polite. They tested the leakage in my ductwork before and after. The before results showed 4 square feet of leakage (like I had a 2 foot x 2 foot window wide open). After the sealant was applied they tested again and they cut those 4 square feet down by 94%! The leakage now is about 3 square inches. My home was built 63 years ago, so I feel like 3 square inches of leakage is pretty darn good. I highly recommend Duct King if you want either the cleaning, or the sealing, or both.

They cleaned and sealed my ducts and I noticed a big difference in my cooler rooms. I will be calling them again for my homes on the Cape. You can't go wrong with this company.
