Reviews
Write a ReviewI had to ask him to clean the connection hose. Overall, the job was ok.
Fast, efficient and very affordable.
We are extremely disappointed. I specifically asked if there were any hidden charges, not included, to clean all of our air ducts. I was assured there were no hidden fees. They said this super high powered vacuum would clean ALL air vents and that a deodorizer was included fed to keep our air fresh. Ben and a helper arrived and placed a vacuum loosely over one supply vent in the living room. Then he walked around and opened vents in other rooms. After about 10 minutes or so he tells us that it will be hundreds more to clean out the supply and return air vents. We told him we couldn?t afford that. We were assured ALL vents and deodorizer was included. We live off social security and my husband is in disability. So Ben and his partner went outside and sat in their truck for approximately 15 more minutes, then came in and loaded their vacuum and asked for $129 plus tax totalling around $146. We then walked around and saw that all the loose hair and dust you could see was still there. Thi

commination difficult with tech who showed up although friendly and professional. And I expected more for the $139 than a vacuum hooked up to one vent to suck out dust. Did ask if additional cleaning was wanted for an additional $50 a vent. which, in my case, could have cost up to $1,000. Tech did show me how to take old vents off properly instead of damaging my walls, which I appreciated. My vents were extremely filthy, so my expectations were probably too high.
Ben was my service man, He was very personable and professional. Price was higher than I expected but we were able to negotiated. Next time I will definitely hire them.
David is a nice man and was very respectful of me and my home.
Efficient, knowledgeable, explained everything thoroughly.
They did every thing they said they would and in a timely manner.
