The technician came on time and cleaned my dryer duct which included repairing a broken dryer vent cover and removing a bird nest. The price was reasonable for the amount of work done and I would definitely use them again!

Both the owner and the technician were polite, knowledgeable and professional. I needed to replace an old broken dryer vent, have the lint cleaned out of the dryer, and bring the system up to code. I spoke with Mike, the owner, on the phone, and he explained what needed to be done and why, and gave me a rough estimate of the job. The technician, Jason, showed up exactly on time, looked at the job, explained it to me, and gave me the price. There was never any pressure. He did a great job! He showed me the finished work and explained what he had done and why. He cleaned everything up afterwards and disposed of the trash. I like that it?s a small company where both the owner and the technician are invested in providing great service. They both have many years of experience in dryer vent service before starting this company. They are very skilled and knowledgeable and customer satisfaction is very important to both of them. I would definitely recommend this company!

NEW ENGLAND DRYER VENT SERVICE company went above and beyond to complete the project and fix everything that was done incorrectly during construction. Despite absolutely inaccessible crawling space, in addition to cleaning they created the new vent line to go outside on the 2nd floor with the new output outside. They were in time, very meticulous and cleaned everything after the work was done. I definitely recommend this company to everyone including friends and family.
