American Construction first covered the work area so as to minimize dust and dirt, including laying down a roll of paper to the front door to act as a matt. Then they set to work. The job was very professional and clean. I was very happy with the outcome and would not hesitate to recommend them."

"We had Derek come out to replace some rotted wood trim around our windows and doors. He was great. I called the office on a Thursday and he was able to come out the following Tuesday, which was significantly quicker than anywhere else we called (if they even answered the phone, because most didn’t). Derek is very communicative, easy to work with and transparent about materials and cost. He was super friendly, always on time, and sent updates with pictures about how the job was going. He looked at other places around the house as well, that might need repairs first, as we were looking to paint the house later this summer. We have him coming back in a few weeks to finish the recommendations made. We will definitely use him again and highly recommend him."

"Boston Quality Contractors worked with me on the renovation of 2 bathrooms, a kitchen, and finish work around the house. His team repaired some exterior siding and flashing for me. They did such a great job and were very fast and friendly. I hired them to do the renovation and Jefferson was incredibly helpful when I had to live away from the house when the work was being completed. THey did the demo, the framing, the tilework, adding a window, repaired siding, installed a farmhouse sink, installed cabinets, coordinated with the countertop installation, installed doors, and locks, and helped me make some design and measurement decisions. Their team was very friendly, efficient, and I felt comfortable being able to update the designs and add projects as we got further into the job. They reconstructed and restored an upper rear deck, dining room porch and far-back lower deck, repaired a front dormer, repaired an entire front & side façade and then recovered it with new clapboard, installed millwork around new Pella windows, installed real shutters, & a far-back canopy. "Taha, the estimator and manager, was professional, knowledgeable, and articulate. He saw things that I missed and explained what needed to be done clearly. The work crew was extremely efficient and did a terrific job. I expanded the scope of the project because I was so satisfied with the work that I asked if they could also paint and stain the deck after the repairs and replacements on railings, floorboards, and supports. They also did very timely repairs on an apartment I had already rented, so the tenant was coming in a couple of weeks. The double deck looks like new! I highly recommend this contractor for quality and value."
