Simple job: assemble a power lift recliner that was just too heavy and bulky for me to do myself. Two man crew arrived at the agreed-upon time, got it done quickly and correctly, brought all packaging to apartment building's recycling area as promised.

Extremely poor experience. They were polite, not professional and didnâ t do what they were hired for, yet still got paid. Also created and left a mess. Would never use again or recommend.

I hired them to replace the bathroom faucet, gave me a price of 150.00 Then charged me a extra 50.00 dollars to shut the water off. Come on that is automatic you have to shut the water off to replace a faucet .You do not charge extra for that.50.00:,,to turn 2 knobs.

Hi Jennifer, I am sorry that you are unhappy with our service. I wish we couldve dealt with you directly rather than your brother, we did explain to him that replacing the faucet would cost more money than we originally agreed on, $200 is still in the range of price to change a bathroom faucet. We did explain that we needed to shut the water down for the house because the shut off valves in the bathroom were corroded and unable to work properly to turn off the water for the sink to be able to replace it. Once again, my apologies that this was not explained to you correctly and I would appreciate a more fair rating than a 0.5 for the work we
