His team made repairs from chimney to gutters and flashing to window to porch railings, not to mention, lots of scraping. Their price was significantly less than a brand name competitor, plus, they included repairs and fence painting whereas the other didn't. He and his team are honest and trustworthy. "I have a 3 horse, bumper pull trailer that was over 20 years old. The tongue metal was compromised, the spare tire mount had fallen off due to rust and compromised metal, and a metal panel on the interior gate had fallen off. I asked them to fix those problems and then inspect the trailer for any other problems. They fixed the issues, and created solutions that were cost effective and much more robust than the original design. They took care of some additional issues that I did not see, and I am confident that the trailer is much more safe for both my family towing it and the livestock inside it."

"Alignment Construction was hired to remodel/renovate my Master Bedroom, Bath, and Guest Bath. The rooms were original, 1991. Vance and crew removed all exposed lighting and replaced with recessed. Hardwood flooring was installed in the bedroom and the Master Bath gutted. They removed an existing small shower and, with innovative design, were able to build a large shower with bench seating. This was complicated by an existing window wall that I wanted to keep. By utilizing every inch of space available, they were able to install a stackable washer/dryer and hide it behind a door, giving my home two laundry stations. Vance built a custom vertical sliding storage unit that sits alongside the washer/dryer. I had a good idea of the look I wanted and once conveyed to Vance, he was instrumental in the selection of fixtures and finishes. Everything was 100% professionally handled. There is a contract with cost clearly stated and most importantly, zero surprises. He and his team arrived punctually every morning and the job was completed within the time frame allotted. I live in a strict HOA governed community and Vance adhered to every restriction. My neighbors commented he was there every day - which is evidently unusual for many General Contractors. I will hire Alignment Construction for future work and recommend him without hesitation."

They were great to work with too. The first picture (dated) shows dark living room with North facing windows. The contractor did everything, start to finish.
