He ordered the part to be delivered to me, & told me to call him when it came. He returned & installed the new part, got rid of what wasn’t needed, & made sure everything was working properly. He explained what he was doing & answered questions. Now, if I have a problem, I can call him & he can access my computer remotely if needed."
