"wOW! I didn't know service techs like this provided such good service! Have had my share of handymen that didn't deserve a dime of what I paid them and I was a little leery that this would be the same. But Tim restored my faith and I'll use him again and refer him to others. He made sure my whole house surround sound worked in every room and if it didn't, he explained and gave me options for replacing my speakers. He gave me the good, the bad and the ugly - rather than trying to coerce me into buying a new system or new speakers. Then he very patiently explained how to work the system, control the volume, etc. Glad I found him."

"Derrick is very knowledgeable and thinks outside the box. We had quite a big project, hanging lots of TVs and other items on walls that aren't built to code. He successfully figured out how to make it all work. And we will be hiring him to do additional work setting up our security systems. We Definitely recommend him!"

To say we are pleased with his work is an understatement. There’s no one better!"
