The personnel working at home, for taking calls and appointments, continually had their televisions on. I had difficulty in hearing and understanding. In fact, one time the difficulty so bad due to the television, the operator was cancelling an appointment when I needed information. The electrician did a nice job, however, when taking off the boxes, left with passwords. Luckily, the passwords were eventually found, as I could not directly contact the electrician, only the above-mentioned customer service, who had their televisons on.

There was a problem getting the generator to start up. Turns out that the natural gas had been turned off that supplied the house as well as the generator. The plumber made an extra trip back to check it out and immediately saw and corrected the problem. All the personnel that were involved were very good and nice guys to interact with.

  9. Identity Verification (SSN)
    HomeAdvisor verifies the social security number(s) of the owner/principal for identity check purposes. This check applies primarily to smaller business entities.
  10. Identity Verification (Reverse Phone Lookup)
    We conduct a reverse business phone lookup to identify records matching the phone number information provided by the business.
