Current Master bath is just under 200 sq ft with two sperate vanities-1 sink ea.
A walk in corner glass & tile shower,
Jacuzzi tub with lower tile enclosure.
Separate W/C with commode and bidet. Separate Wardrobe closet,
linen closet.
Current construction is ceramic 2x2" wall tile, floor is 5/16-12"x12" ceramic tile over 3/8 ?Durock over 3/4 plywood.
Exterior under subfloor is 3" Closed cell foam, then R19 Batt, exterior ceiling is decked with 6" screwed wood planks. Bath Ceiling is 9', Ceiling under house is approx. 7'9" on concrete slab.
NEW= Room to remain same size.
Remove closets, bidet.
Relocate commode,
Replace and relocate Vanities, Shower, bathtub, Linen closet
Add electric radiant heat to floors.
Retile ceramic floors.
Add overflow drain in ceramic floor.
New wheelchair access shower with cultured marble walls, heated floor. Vanity tops matching cultured marble with integral sinks. Bath entry door to be rolling barn door. Room has one Dbl Hung 3050 window that will be replaced by a 3020 fixed window.
