He also helped us remain within our budget and kept us mindful of not overspending in areas, creatively offered workarounds, and allowed us revise with no hassels. We were also able to see our home being designed with the 3D viewer, which for people like me who struggle to "see" what the actual houseplan will look like, it made it that much more easy and exciting. "Before beginning this project, we did our due diligence and interviewed many contractors. Efren Estrada was the only one to present us with plans, multiple options of how to proceed, and going through the proper channels of securing the proper permits. Being our first ever time doing remodeling, communication was always open to see what materials we liked; flooring, shower tiles, sinks, doors, etc. He was able to work within our budget and build us a great home addition (garage conversion). The only small issue and not Efren’s fault, was the time to complete the project. Getting permits, Inspection scheduling, scheduling gas to be shut and having to reschedule to turn on definitely added more time onto the project but in the end we are very pleased with how it turned out. We will definitely be doing business with him in the future."

"Ian came out the same day I submitted the request through home advisor. He did a thorough walk through of the outside and inside of my home and took elevation numbers of the foundation. After he was done, he went through all of his findings and explained to me what my foundation was doing and the steps needed to prevent and possibly reverse movement in the house. When I recieved his written report it was well written and detailed along with pictures and diagrams of what we spoke about. I will now start to implement some of his steps to help the foundation of my home."
