"I was having issues with a wall oven, garbage disposal and fridge. Called 3 appliance repair places before placing an ad here and all three said "we dont work on those brands" (LG, Kenmore and Fridgidaire). Not sure how thats possible... So I posted the job here. Not 1 minute later, Omar called asking for more information (models, timing, etc.). He was willing to work around my schedule, he made sure I knew exactly what would need to be done and he had someone out (on time) the morning I had requested. I am very pleased with the pricing, quality and timing of this company. Wish I could find something to criticize them about (hate giving GLOWING reviews) but everything went exactly the way it should."

"Received a phone call when the technician was on the way. Gas cooktop was installed. There was an issue with a gas leak after the install. Called later that evening to inquire if someone could come back to check it out. Technician arrived the next morning and fixed the issue. Professional and prompt customer service. We will, however, need the gas line capped and any necessary electrical work done for the installation. There is also a problem somewhere in the airway for the downdraft resulting in cold air blowing back into the kitchen through the unit from outside and we would like that resolved.
