Write a ReviewAwful experience. The technician started work, then left and did not show up to any subsequent appointments to finish work. Eventually after setting several appointments and then missing them for various reasons, they just stopped answering the phone. We thankfully were able to find someone else to finish the work and they were horrified by the poor quality of the work-in-progress.
Terrible service. We called and explained the dishwasher was leaking water. He said he didn't see any water and left. I would absolutely not recommend this guy to anyone.
Damaged my property unhooked the hose caused thousands of dollars of damages.
Was very rude on arrival, choosing to discuss how the warranty company may not cover a small cost part rather than why that part might be the issue. Then when they received the part just a few days after the initial visit from the distributor (which was validated and confirmed by the shipper and warranty company) no contact or attempt to complete the repairs were made. I had to work with the warranty company to try and get JC Appliance to respond which they did not, and now I?m left to use a new company, have them reorder order the part, and now wait about 90 days for a simple door latch fix. My guess is warranty work didn?t pay what he wanted or he didn?t want to deal with the company at all and I was left with the ramifications from that. Do not recommend on all fronts, but especially for anything warranty related. Bad etiquette and bad business.
With this warranty company we don't receive notice of when the part arrives and we inform the customer of this when we order parts to have them contact us to schedule follow up appointment ....this customer obviously doesn't listen and is very rude themselves which is why we moved on from the job also we don't make parts some parts take months to get and we tell customers this too

The company set up an appointment date and time that worked for me. The technician called in advance and arrived on time. He was very knowledgeable and made helpful suggestions.
