"After spending numerous hours and 3 trips to my house, Luis was not able to repair my ice maker. He took the entire unit apart, cleaned it, replaced a pump, and reassembled it to no avail. Then he took it to an authorized Kitchenaid repair facility and found out it was leaking gas and was not repairable. Luis paid $90 for that, another $135 for the pump, and spent several hours working on it. The total charge to me? $200."

"Edgar did a great job on cleaning and painting all of my fascia and sofit on my house. He also replaced a small section of the fascia that was rotten and needed to be repaired. In addition, he also did a great job at pressure cleaning some sections of the outside walls of my home which are stucco and had stains on them. Edgar was extremely polite, courteous and was there promptly each morning at the time he said and worked straight through the day. He always was very organized, meticulous with his work and cleaned up thoroughly each day. "We had a stainless steel dishwasher door that lost both tensors that prevent the door from dropping when opened. Ryan diagnosed the problem quickly and started calling his suppliers to see of they had the needed parts. He found what he needed went off to get it and had the door replaced and fully functional within 45 minutes. Parts and labor were extremely reasonable."

"The BEST handyman ever! I am a property manager so I’ve had my fair share of small repair projects and have met numerous handymen. Yet Luis is absolutely the best! I needed to have a shower door repaired as it was not closing properly. Luis called me back promptly and came the same day, even though it was not an emergency. He even called me 30 mins prior to arrival. I was having trouble with the shower door for some time and the first company that came out a few months ago tried to sell me an entire new shower door & frame. I definitely did not want that. The shower door would not close tightly unless I slammed it shut but I knew it just needs repair, not replacement. But according to some of the other guys, I needed a brand new shower. Luis came and fixed it in an hour! He is fast, efficient, but most of all, thorough. He took off the entire frame and fixed whatever needs to be fixed. It wasn’t as simple as tighten one loose screw. (That’s what my idiot ex-husband said it needed. Yet the ex was not able to fix it after several attempts). Anyways, Luis’ workmanship is excellent. He cleaned up after he finished. I did not ask him how much it would cost beforehand because I was so just so happy to hear that he can fix it. And it was just only $130!!!!! He is just an honest working man and did not try to sell me anything I don’t need or charge an arm and a leg. Also, he said he can do all sorts of home repairs. As mentioned earlier I am a property manager and he just made my day. I will be calling him for everything now. He does air conditioning, plumbing, electrical, etc. Luis truly is worth his weight in gold. Thank you so much, Luis! Dee"
