"We hired Renewal, Renovation and Remodel for our basement finish (approximately 1K sq feet) and we couldn’t be happier. Mr. Matt, his wonderful wife and their team did an amazing job! Our basement finish consisted of a living room, bedroom, full bath, pantry, hallway and laundry area. As a retired U.S. Navy Chief Petty Officer, my expectations were high and let me tell you, Matt delivered! He is a man of his word, he is thorough, he knows what he is doing, he pays attention to detail and he gets the job done right! If it is not right, he will fix it to ensure it is right. He cares about his customer, and the quality of work that he does. He is fair in his pricing and will not try to take advantage or charge more than what the job cost. "Rich, Jeff, and the crew were tremendous. They took our basement from an unusable space to a luxury retreat. They were able to configure a full bathroom, separate laundry room, rec/living area, and even added a LEGO room for our 3 kids with only a limited amount of sq ft to work with. Their craftsmanship is amazing. We had several special requests that other contractors had balked at, but they were enthusiastic about them, and even offered further suggestions. We are thrilled with the job they completed, and we are looking forward to working with them again in the future. Absolutely recommend Legends Home Innovations to others!!"

"So pleased with the Floor Essence team. Very knowledgeable and talented. They explained all aspects of the work, answered all my questions, and were on time and completed the job to my satisfaction 100%. The job involved removing the carpeting in the master bedroom, center stair case, and second floor hallway. A solid wood 2-1/4" hardwood was installed to perfection. The hardwood was installed on the steps of the staircase. It is so beautiful, I cancelled the carpet runner installation, and am leaving the staircase boast its beauty created by Floor Essence! There is more that will come because Floor Essence will be replacing my existing master bathroom shower with a tiled, walk in shower. Can't wait to see its transformation! "Yes, they did an excellent job. The only hitch was in a purchased faucet handle for the shower. It was missing screws, so someone had to come back two days later to install the handle. Otherwise, quick and beautiful job completed in one day."

"We cannot recommend Kurt Slansky and his crew enough. After contracting with one company who fell through and almost contracting with another company who fell through, we were nearing the deadline for which we needed our basement remodel and guest room installation completed in order to host a guest for our wedding. We were about to give up as we'd been told that the project would take 3 weeks and most people were booked out at least 3 weeks, until we connected with Kurt. He COMPLETELY rescued us. Not only did he find a way to squeeze us in, but he got the project done a week ahead of time, and not at the cost of quality, as he did an extremely good job. He was the most professional, consummate contractor I've had the opportunity to work with, communicating daily with status updates and recommendations, and took a lot of pride in the quality of the work and the timeline with which he completed it.
