Diamond in the Rough Property Solutions, LLC

We hired Diamond in the Rough Construction for a home addition, and while the finished result looks good at first glance, the process was full of issues and cost us much more than expected. We chose Diamond because of Abby, the salesperson, who was incredibly helpful and responsive. However, she left midway through the project, and we missed her support. Addison, the project manager, did his best but was left to handle more than he should have. The owners, Joe and Mike, were completely absent ? no check-ins or follow-ups, even when major issues arose.There were significant mistakes, like framing the windows to the wrong size, and we were blamed for "approving the wrong windows." HVAC was also forgotten until after construction started, forcing us to pay thousands more. The trim was poorly finished with putty that didn?t match the color of the pre-painted trim, and the solution was simply to cover the nail holes with a paint pen. In the end, we can?t recommend Diamond in the Rough

I would give this company 100 stars. I had a big project. They were here early every day and worked all day nonstop except for a lunch break. Exceptional quality of work. They may not be the cheapest but they use quality materials and quality workmanship. Everyone was so polite all the time, once my job was done I kind of missed them everyday. If I had a question they got back to me right away. Canâ t say enough good about this company.

Joe and Mike are two great guys and have developed a great team of young men that do everything home related the wife an I hired this company back in october 2023 and we couldn't be happier with the quality of work performed we look forward to working with this team again in the future Wayne an Jo Thank you guys .

Joe let me design and choose what fixtures and ideas would be used .The support and level of detail were all first class.The crew and leader were very open and accommodating . I am grateful to Joe and his company for helping to make real what I had only been thinking for years.

Great bunch of nice guys, hard workers. Did everything that was asked. Our remodel turned out way nicer than I expected!!! Will call again for sure!

Young company. Very nice owner and workers. Had a couple of issues but they responded immediately and fixed. (It was a big job so to be expected) over all we are very happy with the job and would hire them again.

These people are fantastic!! I have only good to say about them. They are friendly. They know what to do and they do it. They are very efficient. I had a bathroom redone and they did it with in a week. They work very hard and are very perceptive to what you say. I will not go to anyone else for any kind of work I need to have done. They arrived on the job when they said they would, they took very good care of flooring by haveing drop cloths thru out. This is a wonderful company and everyone should have them do their projects.
