I was very surprised that I had to take care of all the garbage left, after the work was finished. We did not ask and he did not tell us up front who will remove the garbage and there was 12 ,30 gallons bags. Doors that were put in was not painted, and to finish stairs - extra money. ( they were not finished in a professional way) Unfinished area of basement was not protected and there was so much dust that we have to clean. Workers that work for this company are fast and hard working. No complaints here. We asked him to replace 2 ceiling lights with 2 fans . He said it is like 5 hours of work because he needed to install brackets (cost $450). On the end brackets already existed there, he did not needed to install them, everything was done in 1hr and 15 min, and we paid $400.

Do not hire these guys for a bathroom. Vito subcontracts the work out to a guy who does not know what he is doing. I have had leaks in both bathrooms they redid. I had them come back multiple times and they could not fix it. I finally had another contractor come in and they were shocked at the poor job done. Even without all that. These guys turned a 2-week job into over two months. Frequently complained about the job to himself and us. Or even calling his girlfriend to loudly complain. Our house was left a mess from the daily work. They left tools out in our bedroom and garage for weeks. Sometimes sharp tools out where our young children could find them. There are problems beyond the plumbing. They cosmetically did a poor job. Tiles are not straight, grout breaking off, missing trim, and terrible paint job. Save yourself a headache and find another contractor.

Thorough and fast. Decent finish work. Pleasant guys. They installed a 15x15 room in our basement in five days.

Vito and his team are friendly and professional. When you have a renovation going on the construction team is going to be around for several days so it is a lot more fun if you like them and know they are trying to give you the best result possible. They took on problems as they came up, listened to our ideas and made extremely useful suggestions along the way. Very satisfied.

Vito is very Knowledgeable in the construction and electrical trades He and his crew are respectful do high quality work with pride and our very easy to work with. They do the job the way you prefer it and always ask if you want something this this way or that way as the job progresses. Vito also worked with us when wanted to make changes in a fair way. And also made several suggestions that turned to our favor or that may of helped us save a few bucks. As we are getting close to see that whole project and added project completely finished we are so excited to get to enjoy use our larger floor plan upstairs with brand new bathroom and finished basement down below. We do recommend Fiore and Sons Renovations for any project you have coming up !
