"We worked very closely with Alan for the planning of the job and the fixture selection. He listened carefully to what we wanted to accomplish and ultimately helped our wishes become reality. Alan was very accommodating to our schedule, with a vacation planned and an unexpected surgery that was needed. Alans son Jason was the job foreman on our job with Tom and Colin as his assistants. They worked together as a well oiled machine, first covering our hardwood floors with foam board and luan plywood, then covering everything with plastic sheeting and making an actual little roomette enclosure in which they kept their tools and workstation. Know too, that these three men worked on the total gutting and remodeling of one bathroom (master), while also updating an adjacent guest bathroom with new flooring, faucet fixtures and sink while enclosing a reach through storage area to allow for an much larger shower in the master bathroom. The men were on the job at 8 in the morning and worked through until they had accomplished the job goals for that day. All of the work was done professionally, the men were all very courteous and polite and when the job was completed eight days later, we had a brand new master bath and an updated guest bath as desired. There was nothing left here to let anyone know they had even been here except for two very nice bathrooms and two very pleased customers. Thank you A.M. Construction, LLC."

I am an over communicator and have not always had the best luck with good communication amongst contractors and landscapers, but Ty always responded back to my questions, was realistic with the timeframe for this project and was careful to never over promised anything he couldn’t deliver on. He was professional and realistic about when they could come out to squeeze this project into their hectic schedule. They power washed our backyard patio and put poly sand down. They also put topsoil mush down with seed in what used to be a large swingset area. They removed all pebbles and bricks where the swingset used to be. They proceeded to trim all our bushes around the perimeter of the house and last but not least laid down rubberized mulch. I would highly recommend Ty and SPL Lawncare for any landscaping needs! They were professional, timely & good communicators!"

"Gerry is like a god of sorts. A triple A golden Master in the field of Concrete. His work forces your body to bust out in a full rendition of Queens 'We are the champions" while he finishes the job like a total badass. Skill level? Chuck Norris. I don't think theres anyone like him. If there was, I wouldnt want to meet him, cause he wouldn't be as boss as the big G. It all started with him arriving on his bobcat, his charriot. He glided that baby around like it was his sleigh, making our crumbling driveway his bitch beneath every bit of tread on the wheels. He scooped and dumped the old asphalt faster than Usain Bolt could hit the finish line. Had it not been for the churning of the concrete truck, we wouldnt have known what he was doing next- he was so focused and driven. All that speed and the job he delivered was above perfection. It was perfuckinfection to the thousandth power. To put it simply, he knows what hes doing and he does it good. This driveway is so beautiful I dont even know that we're ever going to drive on it. More like sit around it in the evenings and have a cold one in awe of its pure state. Im already looking around the house to see what else I can have this man smear some of that liquid gold on. "Danny and his son installed a new retaining wall at my mother's house. I live in Florida and hired Beaver Valley Lawn Service through Home Advisor. Danny was the first person to contact me and promptly gave me a quote. He drove from Aliquippa to Glassport for the job. He always kept me informed as the project was underway. He sent multiple pictures of the project. The completed wall looks great! They rerouted the drainage and removed all debris and hauled away all of the old wall. "Project started on January 29th and thought it was completed in two days. looked beautiful. Screws/Nala came through the bedroom wall. Easy fix. Shower kept dropping. Took several Tries and finally a new shower head resolved the problem. One of the biggest problems was a lek that caused a hold to develop in the kitchen ceiling. This fix took a long time because the contractor had other jobs to do before he could complete the fix. We also took the entire month off in March. The repair never got done until Friday the 11th of March. Had to call several times to get the repair done but itv seems good at this time."
