"I recently purchased my condo and needed a total rehab of the place so I decided to start with my two bathrooms. I chose AMB because I liked their proposal package (which included a 3D drawing of what I told them I liked and an option of price ranges for the quality of material to be used) for the master I decided to go all out and use the marble tiles, seamless glass door for the shower, jets inside the shower and rainfall shower head, quartzite tops, and custom cabinets. For the guest bathroom I decided to go with their standard tiles, tub, and remaining fixtures. Boy did they not disappoint! Their standard was absolutely great and high quality mohen fixtures, quality thick granite, and solid wood vanities. My master came out like a spa as you can imagine, but the craftsmanship on both was amazing. I had zero headache dealing with Bart when it came to picking out tiles and fixtures. They did such a professional job, glad I came across them. Would highly recommend!"

Once I removed the tools inside to prepare for their work, I realized I also needed the floor replaced. "Had the pleasure of partnering with Jolanta & her team for our our "mini" renovation i.e. refinishing 1200 sqft basement to include full bath, laundry room (move existing laundry from mudroom on main floor) reading nook, fireplace, entertainment area, bedroom & two separate new staircases. CONSULTAITON: Upon arrival Jolanta was prepared with taking measurements & hand drawn schematic drawings for each room; discussed options & feasibility for structural modifications/changes. DEMO DAY: the team was quick, efficient and maintained a consistent level of cleanliness upon their departure EACH DAY & throughout the project scope. COMMUNICATION: was key and I felt very comfortable working with the team on layouts, structural changes & appreciated their expertise when sometimes the answer was 'no' because of structural safety or existing ducts which could not be moved. I valued their creativity to give me the final results on my new staircase, bathroom, reading nook and laundry room (our project was tough at times because existing duct work could not be eliminated or moved). They always approached me with questions to ensure I approved any changes to layouts due to unforeseen issues. ATTENTION TO DETAIL/QUALITY: Jolanta and her team consistently demonstrated attention to details throughout the project & the quality of work was brought to life in the final results. I enjoyed doing the design & communicating with the team what my vision was for certain areas of the basement & then finally seeing it come to life! COST: Extremely competitive to say the least. "Simply put, you will NOT find a better, more honest, more helpful, more easy-to-work-with, reasonably priced contractor than John Lee and his crew at J & K Home Improvement & Restoration! We had a "complicated" set of circumstances when our home was damaged by a storm, last winter. The insurance company sent out an estimator to assess the damage and, after the company recommended J & K Home Improvement & Restoration, I was introduced to John Lee. I eventually learned that John also does estimates for a variety of insurance companies (because his company is so well regarded), and he patiently listened as I described the nuances associated with our house. During our initial consultation, he was able to clearly describe all of the steps that would be necessary and answer all of our questions. Long story short, not only was John able to address EVERY single concern and request that we had regarding the eventual repairs to the house (including roof, siding, and a window upgrade that would have cost much more if we had done it at a later time), but he spent plenty of extra time making sure that everything we had talked about was addressed to our 100% satisfaction! He was also able to persuade the insurance company to cover more complete repairs than was originally specified by the first adjuster! In addition, when we had an electrical "hiccup" associated with all the pounding on the walls, John quickly sent an expert electrician to locate and correct the problem. He absolutely could have passed those charges on to us because the failure wasn't due to any mistake on the part of his crew but, instead, he picked up the unanticipated expense himself. It was truly a pleasure to work with John! He made a difficult situation as easy to manage as possible, and we would strongly recommend J & K Home Improvement & Restoration to anyone who wants to hire a quality contractor that stands behind their work and well-earned reputation!"

"We were extremely happy with the work and service we received from Unlimited Remodeling. The job was started exactly when promised and finished with 2 days of what was expected. Rafal was great with his communication. He called every evening to make sure everything that was done that day was ok. He is a really nice person and a pleasure to deal with. We were concerned with the window being installed in our upstairs bathroom because the new tub surround that was just installed by them needed to be cut to fit the window in. They did such a great job that you would think that the tub surround was made for the window. You can not even tell the tub surround was cut. They actually created a window sill themselves to fit the window and tub surround. Ziggy was the worker and very friendly and did a terrific job on everything. Drop cloths were placed through the entire area he needed to walk through to get to the bathrooms so there were never any issues with our rugs or floors in the kitchen,living room or family room.
