"I wanted to replace carpet with wood-look vinyl in living room, dining room, library and office in my house, but the floors were very uneven. One company said they would only recommend replacing with new carpet and a second company gave me a ridiculously high estimate for the work. Jacobs Construction quoted a fair price, which went up a bit when they pulled up the carpet and saw just how bad the floors were. The final cost was far below the other quote. The work was done in just two days, and the floors are beautiful!"

"Francisco is top notch, he responds quickly to requests, he is polite and he is professional. He showed up on time, sets up promptly and gets right to work on your project. He did our backsplash in the kitchen and also refaced our fire place. Clean tight grout lines, everthing is level and it is all beautiful. The corners in the back splash almost disappear due to his attention to detail with the pattern. Fire Place was 1950's vintage and needed a new face. Using the 24" tile we had purchased, Francisco cut them perfectly to get the effect shown. He laid out his work and it was a pleasure watching him work his magic. I highly recommend him!!!"
