Young and his team were great! I received the recommendation from two longtime friends of mine, after I mentioned I wanted to partially remodel my two bathrooms (guest and master). Even though it was a smaller job, the team still worked hard - they alerted me to various things throughout the day, were prompt, and flexible with my needs and my schedule. Young was very communicative as he told me where to go to buy what I needed. He also was fair with pricing and estimates. I have two very loud and territorial dogs in my house that needed to be barricaded each day, and they barked so loudly and so incessantly but the team was patient and worked through all the noise and chaos. At the very end of the job, Young came to finish installing plumbing fixtures for the master bath. Due to various imperfections, he ended up driving to Home Depot multiple times to rectify the situation and did not charge me extra! I am happy with New Life - i would def keep them in mind for future. TYSM!

Young and his team are amazing! They helped us update our kitchen, floors, and bathrooms at a very reasonable price (we compared quotes with other contractors). Not only did they do a pristine job with all the renovations but Young was always great with communication and giving us input on what would look best for our home. We've had bathroom and kitchen remodeling done in the past and our experience with Young Lee was, by far, the best. The estimate he submitted for the bathroom redo was very detailed and included six computerized drawings of the project. Young suggested several options that we incorporated in the remodel. These were options that never crossed my mind, even though I'd been researching and planning for this redo for over a year. To prevent dust from spreading throughout the house, the hallway leading to the bathroom had a plastic/zippered opening. The floors and wall hanging were also covered. The area was cleaned/swept at the end of each work day. When not at our house, Young was always available by phone to answer any questions. He was very professional, easy to work with and open to any changes I wanted to make. The project was completed in 2 1/2 weeks and included a new tub, sink, cabinet, wall/floor tile, repositioning the door opening and opening up a wall for a linen closet. The bathroom is beautiful and is exactly as I had planned. We will definitely call Young Lee for our next project and you should do the same.

After an extended time out of state, we came home to a busted pipe in our kitchen, with standing water destroying a number of our cabinets and wood floors. After dealing with some initial insurance headaches and repairs, we figured we might as well do some additional, much needed updates in our home while we were already inconvenienced by the construction zone that had taken over our kitchen. We searched diligently for a good contractor we could trust. Out of the five repair and remodel estimates we received, Young from New Life Construction provided the most thorough, cost effective, and holistic plan of action. Young was also the only contractor we met with who listened to what we wanted without pressuring us into materials and timelines we werenâ t comfortable with. Young had two primary crew members who worked with us, Alex and Rudy. We were truly amazed by their skill and professionalism, their attention to detail, and their overall demeanor and helpfulness. Young kept us informed of the schedule and worked proactively to mitigate unexpected delays. He was well experienced in the wide range of work we required, which included electrical work, flooring, painting, wall patching, cabinets, countertops, appliances, and lighting. Young also worked with us on the budget to make sure we were able to work in everything we wanted. I highly recommend New Life Construction and would hire them again. The entire first floor of our home looks and feels brand new and I truly appreciate the dedication and care that Young and his team put into repairing and renovating my home.
