"Manex remodeling is an awesome company. They did renovate my 2 bathrooms, my 2 living rooms (first floor and second floor) stairs , railings and basically my whole house except kitchen with competitive price. They even installed a washer hook up upstairs. Tony , their leader is easy to talk with and gave precise advise on what to buy just like porcelain tiles, shower system, freestanding tub, laminate floor, toilet sit and more. He encouraged me also to change my stairs railings and I am very happy with the outcome. Their electrician is very skilled and knowledgeable. The team plumber who did my second floor plumbing system because of expanding my bathroom and installing my washer is very meticulous. The one who installed the porcelain tiles is very precise and pleasant and very satisfying to work with. All of his team did their best to work with my family that we donâ  t need to rent an apartment to evacuate the house . I even leave some of my furniture in my living room , family room and bedrooms and their team work it out while changing the floor and repaint the rooms. When I found out that that I have a leak on my main water line and probably has been happening for years , Tony send his plumber to fix it immediately. Their HVAC guy is very helpful to rearrange my air ducts inlets and outflow ducts. Manex will also be doing my windows replacement in few weeks. All in all my family was satisfied with all the work they have done, to listen to my concern, and respond appropriately to my questions. I can choose all five qualities written on the question, professionalism, work quality, value, punctuality, and responsiveness. "Awesome experience with Total Renovating, LLC. Knowledgeable, responsive, considerate, patient, went above and beyond, informative, a true professional and fair. These are all qualities that were consistently adhered to when working with Russell and his team at Total Renovating, LLC. Having never gone through a home renovation process, we were a little bit skeptical as to which company we wanted to hire to undertake the task of transforming a two-story living room area in our home into a space which converted the upper portion into an additional bedroom. After an extensive search, we found Total Renovating , LLC and its owner, Russell. From day one, which was actually a few months before we hired him and his team, Russell was extremely pleasant to work with. I called and informed him of the task we were wanting to have completed, as well as the fact that we were new to this experience. He was very patient in explaining the entire process from start to finish. Once we had a signed contract between ourselves and Total Renovating, LLC, Russell took it from there. Whether it was obtaining architectural drawing designs, permits from the county, or the construction and clean up of the project, Russell and his team took care of every step along the way. Unlike some other companies that may be dismissive of your project if they feel that it wonâ t make them enough money, or are dismissive of your task altogether, Russell and his team were a complete joy and relief to work with. They are very punctual, as they show up on time, every time. And I mean EVERY TIME. Additionally, his crew made sure to do an excellent job cleaning up after each day of work. This was truly appreciated as we have a young child and a dog living in the house as it was being remodeled. In this market and with inflation being what it is, we all know that some companies may try to stiff their customers by engaging in price gouging here and there. That was not at all the case with Total Renovating, LLC. The price that they quoted us and signed for was what was adhered to. If anything came up in the project where a particular aspect needed to be changed or corrected based off of the initial assessment, Russell always made sure to reach out to us immediately to explain the reason as to why, as well as obtain permission to proceed. That particular point was extremely reassuring, whereas some other companies may just add extra work to your project without notifying you and then hit you with an inflated bill at the end. At no point in time did Russell ever try to oversell me on any aspect of the project, nor did he brush aside any issue that other companies may feel to be trivial. If we had a question or a concern, Russell had an answer or a solution. Russell and his team were able to take a vision that we had in our heads for our open space, and literally turn it into a reality. Additionally, we were able to add in some recessed lighting and ceiling fans along the way. The attention to detail that his crew invested into our project was above and beyond even our own expectations. It truly feels like we are living in a new house.
