"Successfully repaired a Whirlpool upright freezer that was not freezing. Ace Appliance Pro called in less than an hour after I registered with Angi, and was at our house less than half an hour later to figure out what was wrong with our six-year-old freezer. I was prepared to buy a new one (which would fit better into our kitchen), but our "Pro" advised me that for less than half the cost of a new freezer, this one would last another five to eight years. And in less than an hour he replaced the whatchamacallit and fix the frizamabob (those are the technical terms), and our ice cream will remain solid. And he was nice to have around and did not mind us watching what he did and asking questions. Definitely will call Ace when the next appliance goes on the fritz. UPDATE: The repair threw the circuit breaker for our freezer and refrigerator. I called Moe and he was at our house within 20 minutes. He checked everything and concluded that it was the new part that was causing the problem -- and that many more repairs would be needed to make the freezer work. He gave us back our check, and told us we'd be better off buying a new freezer. While I wished we had not had the freezer go out (making peach cobbler now with the defrosted peaches, which thankfully were the only things we lost), I respected Ace's commitment to doing the right thing. I'd use him again, comfortably."

"Mark showed up on time, took care of our primary reason for calling (garbage disposal replacement) noticed another thing that needed to be fixed with our dishwasher drain and took care of that all I'm the same visit. Then, he worked on the third item that needed work on our garage. Everything done with care, skill, and attention to detail."

Called 3 appliance repair places before placing an ad here and all three said "we dont work on those brands" (LG, Kenmore and Fridgidaire). Not sure how thats possible... So I posted the job here. He was willing to work around my schedule, he made sure I knew exactly what would need to be done and he had someone out (on time) the morning I had requested. I am very pleased with the pricing, quality and timing of this company.
